How do I get my contact hours?

You must complete all modules and pass a post-test with 80% or better to claim your hours.

What is the refund policy?

Because this is a subscription-based service, there are no refunds. Please be sure the FreshRN All-Access Pass is for you before you purchase. You can cancel at any time and enjoy your course access until you decide to cancel your membership.

Do I have to complete the courses in a specific order?

No, you have access to all of them at once and can pick and choose which to complete. However, courses that come with contact hours must be completed in the correct order.

Should I purchase a course or the All-Access Pass Membership? 

If you get the pass, you gain unlimited access to all paid and free course content on FreshRN.com. This means you can explore and benefit from our entire library of clinical and supplemental courses without any additional cost. This access remains as long as your subscription remains. This is a good value for you if you find yourself having to choose between courses, and want to learn about a variety of nursing topics that relate to your career in an affordable way.

In contrast, if you purchase an individual course, you will be granted access only to the specific course you've selected, but you will retain lifetime access with the purchase. Purchasing an individual course is a good option for you if you want to learn about one specific topic on your own timeline, and would like the option to return to that course in the future as many times as you’d like.
