Coping Through COVID

Tips For Nurses Navigating Mental & Emotional Stress

Tension is high. We've all got pandemic fatigue. Many of us have experienced trauma to varying degrees since the beginning of 2020.

So many front line workers are understandably hitting their mental and emotional breaking point.

To help proactively process these experiences, a nurse educator and licensed professional counselor sat down to discuss practical tips and strategies for nurses experiencing mental and emotional stress.

With Coping Through COVID, our goal is to provide structure to help process the profound and life-changing events that surround caring for people in the midst of a pandemic.

“Structure is essential in building anything that thrives.”

– Dr. Henry Cloud
